Now, I have been told by others that these are overly simplistic and rather obvious. Well, that may be so. But these are the obvious things that slip our minds when we are putting content together. And some of them may ring a bell in your mind as a reminder to review these suggestions and see if they can, in fact, freshen up your content.<\/p>\n<p>These suggestions have a few descriptive sentences for each of the suggestions. In a short list, they are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Keep listening to a LOT of\u00a0<\/strong><strong>other podcasts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Think back to the stories your\u00a0<\/strong><strong>family has told you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. It\u2019s all about curiosity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Look to your audience<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Your listeners aren\u2019t just the people who are out there receiving the<\/em><br \/>\n<em>content you create. They should be inspiring the content you create.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8230; And\u00a0what\u2019s more inspiring than people?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Pay attention to criticism<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Create space for inspiration to find<\/strong><strong>\u00a0you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Leverage your skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Diversity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Let people share their own stories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Stop stressing about &#8220;winning&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>For this podcaster, the suggestion to focus on your audience and really &#8220;look&#8221; at them caught my attention.
