86- Entrepreneur exhibitor ROI at Podcast conference- Tom Schwab

In this episode, we deliver a discussion and interview with Tom Schwab of InterviewValet.com about his participation as an Entrepreneur as both an attendee and an exhibitor with a booth at a business show / industry conference. The case in point is Podcast Movement, an event that has just finished its third year.

As you will hear in this podcast audio episode, Tom will give us his perspectives of the criteria used to plan for attending or exhibiting at a conference, as well as the value and ROI, with measurable results from his experience.

Tom also delivers his perspectives of the conference itself, the serendipity, the excitement and buzz and the networking opportunities of this event. Although we were not able to do a live on-the-floor interview with him in the exhibit hall during the event, he gives us his reasons why he felt that this was a success for him — his business objectives and measured results.

61- A DISRUPTION Entrepreneur – an in-depth interview with Tom Schwab

In this episode, we deliver a repurposed audio episode from The Struggling Entrepreneur Podcast Show. We have an in-depth interview with an Entrepreneur who is a DISRUPTER in the monetization environment in podcasting — mainly because he is committed NOT to be a podcaster. That is, he is committed to be a GUEST of podcasting interviews and create revenue streams in his entrepreneurship.

Tom Schwab and free bookThe entrepreneur is Tom Schwab. He has a business in which he leverages the results of his being a guest on podcasts:

– he turns his listeners into LEADS;

– he turns his leads into buying CUSTOMERS;

– he nurtures the customers into loyal ADVOCATES.

As you will hear in this audio episode, Tom is a Navy veteran.  Tom is a specialist in processes and systems. This has helped him to develop the content for his:

– services;

– ebook content; and

– online course content.

As you will hear, Tom has offered a 50 per cent discount for any of his premium offerings — that is, the online course and/or consulting services. All you have to do is mention to Tom that you heard about this in this podcast episode.

59- Monetize Podcasts by NOT STARTING A PODCAST- a new model

Tom Schwab and free book

In this brief audio episode, we focus on a new model by Entrepreneur Tom Schwab on monetizing podcasts.

His program produces results BY NOT CREATING OR STARTING YOUR OWN PODCAST — but rather, by being a GUEST on the podcast shows of others.

In a recent webinar, he outlined his four elements:

(1) Delivering a 6-step approach to being scheduled as a guest on an audio episode of a podcast show;

(2) Explaining how to get LEADS from GUEST appearances;

(3) Delivering the process of how to nurture the leads into PAYING CUSTOMERS; and

(4) Delivering the final explanation of how to turn customers into ADVOCATES.

At his web site of http://www.tmschwab.com/ , Tom shows one of his key recommendations — that is, creating a landing page for each guest appearance.

57- Feedback from PM2015- NOT starting a podcast

Tom Schwab - not starting a podcastDuring the keynote presentation of the Podcast Movement 2015 conference, the audience was asked to demonstrate who has NOT started a podcast. Although a great amount of the people attending the keynote that responded to that question DO intend to start their own podcasts, there are those who say that they WILL NOT START a podcast.

Case in point is Tom Schwab, who is @TMSchwab on twitter.com. He is an attendee who explains his take-away from 31July2015 — that is,  of NOT starting a podcast.

However, it is NOT because he does not feel that podcasting has no value. He is logical and truthful for a well-thought reason — YOU MUST HAVE THE CORRECT RESOURCES TO PODCAST (in this case, TIME is the issue). My respect for this businessman is enhanced, because he obviously wants to provide a QUALITY deliverable to his potential audiences.

Instead, he is going to focus on BEING A PODCAST GUEST, so that he can be promoted and grow his audience of listeners who hear him on other people’s show, and thus grow his leads and prospects, and thus improve his business and exceed his objectives.

In these few seconds, an attendee gives an appropriate reason for not starting a podcast — he has the right idea.
